Grow team opportunities
The Grow Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the NCC Kids Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Audio/Visual Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Missional Community. We are a group that actively advances the Kingdom of God. If you are interested in learning more about a team, reach out to a team leader listed below. All Grow Team members must also attend our Growth Track.
Audio/Visual Team
This team consists of individuals with a knowledge and skill set for technology, sound engineering, video production, and/or an ear for music mixing. This team also consists of individuals who can create slides and run lyric/scripture slides during the weekend worship experience.
Brandon Whalen
Events/Outreach Team
This team serves at church-wide or city-wide events by setting up, completing administrative tasks, facilitating food when appropriate, and serving in a supportive role to the greater missional outreach vision of the church.
Stephanie Vasquez
Facilities Team
Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church facilities, including Sunday setup, general maintenance, setup/tear down for events, and ensuring cleanliness and restocking of used items after events.
Manual Vasquez
First Impressions Team
Our team has the responsibility and privilege to show our guests that we have prepared, hoped and welcome them as part of our family during every chance for interaction they have during their time at NCC. This team also serves as security during the service.

Missional Community Leader
This is designated for a person that is feeling called to help host a group of people with mutual interests that desire to gather with the goal of growing closer to God and Being the Church in our community.

NCC Kids and Nursery Team
Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, and games.
